Hydraulic Hose Clamp Assemblies
Designed for the hydraulics industry, these custom-machined hose clamp assemblies were developed to securely accommodate a wide range of hydraulic hose sizes within a single clamp design. The application required a lightweight yet highly durable solution capable of performing reliably in demanding operating environments while also providing greater flexibility than standard off-the-shelf clamp systems.
Why Ertalon 6XAU+?
Ertalon 6XAU+ was selected for this application due to its toughness, machinability, and design flexibility. Unlike standard injection moulded clamps, Ertalon 6XAU+ allowed for a custom-engineered solution that could be tailored to suit multiple hose configurations. Its lightweight properties also help reduce overall system weight, while its durability and wear resistance make it well suited to harsh hydraulic environments.
