MM Plastics is proud to announce the opening of its new Victorian super site at 35 Portlink Drive, Dandenong South, marking one of the Group's largest investments in operational capability and customer service.
The purpose-built facility brings together the Victorian operations of Dotmar, Graphic Art Mart, and MM Plastics' rigid substrate distribution into a single, state-of-the-art location. The investment strengthens the Group's ability to support customers across engineering plastics, industrial manufacturing, signage and visual communications while creating a scalable platform for future growth.
Spanning more than 9,200 square metres, including approximately 8,700 square metres of high-clearance warehousing, the facility significantly expands MM Plastics' distribution capacity and provides the infrastructure required to support continued investment across its portfolio of leading brands.
The new site will serve as a major Victorian hub for Dotmar, Australia's leading engineering plastics supplier, and Graphic Art Mart, Australia's largest distributor to the sign, display and digital print industries.
According to Mousa Elsarky, Executive General Manager, MM Plastics, the investment reflects the Group's long-term commitment to customers, employees and suppliers.
"This facility represents a significant milestone for MM Plastics. It is an investment in the future of our business and, more importantly, in the success of our customers. By bringing together the capabilities of Dotmar and Graphic Art Mart into a modern, purpose-built facility, we are creating greater efficiency, increasing capacity and providing a stronger platform for continued growth.
The Dandenong South facility has been designed to improve inventory capacity, streamline logistics and enhance customer service, while providing the flexibility to expand as demand continues to grow.
For Dotmar, the new site strengthens its Victorian operations with increased warehousing, enhanced manufacturing capability and improved access to Australia's largest range of engineering plastics, conveyor solutions and high-performance polymer materials.
For Graphic Art Mart, the investment expands its Victorian footprint to three locations, improving customer access across metropolitan Melbourne while supporting the continued growth of its national branch network.
The development also reinforces MM Plastics' ongoing investment in Australian manufacturing and distribution infrastructure, ensuring customers continue to benefit from local stock, technical expertise and responsive service.
"As our customers continue to grow, so must we," said Elsarky. "This investment gives us the capacity to broaden our product offering, improve service levels and continue investing in the brands that our customers know and trust. It reinforces our commitment to remaining the leading specialist plastics and materials supplier across Australia and New Zealand."
Looking ahead, the Dandenong South facility will continue to evolve, with plans to introduce Graphic Art Mart’s state-of-the-art Equipment Demonstration Centre, providing customers with a dedicated space to experience the latest technologies, products and applications firsthand.
