MM Plastics (NZ) Limited, trading as Dotmar Engineering Plastics, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Kormax Plastics, a division of Kormax Limited, effective 21 July 2025.
Founded in 1947, Kormax Limited has grown into a respected leader in ferrous and non-ferrous metal supply, as well as custom casting solutions. This acquisition enables Kormax to sharpen its focus on its core business capabilities and continue its impressive expansion across New Zealand and international markets.
As part of the transition, the Kormax Plastics brand will be consolidated into Dotmar Engineering Plastics. All plastics stock holdings and customer accounts will be integrated into Dotmar’s operations, ensuring a seamless experience and continuity of service for existing Kormax Plastics customers.
