The unique design required complex routed profiles to achieve the precise geometry needed for reliable sorting performance, particularly in applications where production speed and product uniformity are essential.

Combined with Dotmar’s in-house CNC routing capabilities, the material could be machined with exceptional precision to create the intricate profiles required for the sorting system.
