TOOLING

Our team work closely with clients to design tools and develop protypes to mitigate errors before moving to full scale production. We leverage in In-House, Local Engineering & China based tooling production alternatives depending on the product specific requirements. Our repair capability also ensures tools operate at maximum capacity and an extended useful production life.

INJECTION MOULDING

Our extensive capability across 22 machines allow us to produce goods from 2g closures to 4kg, which when coupled with our robotic automation provides the flexibility to efficiently produce small run to large scale production. Our additional services of Laser Welding and retail ready product assembly allows us to be a one stop shop for all injection moulding requirements. Through our ISO 9001 certification, we proudly deliver industry leading defect rates and confidence in our output on leaving the factory gate.
