SSF Sprocket Side Flex Chain- 878-879-880 (Moulded)

Our System Plast™ molded plastic sprockets and idlers are an important part of the conveyor system.  They must be designed and manufactured properly to create an efficient conveyor system. System Plast takes great care in their design and manufacturing practices. This is to ensure high quality, superior strength, long wear and quiet operation of our sprockets and idlers. Additional benefits include: increased keyway strength, excellent chemical resistance and long service life.     

Toothed sprockets and idlers as well as idler wheels are available in molded and machined polyamide designs.  They are available for all chain and belt products.

Sprocket Material: Reinforced polyamide, stainless steel connecting screws and nickel plated brass nuts.

Molded idlers have an ultrasonic welded cover in reinforced polyamide that is available in black. The bushing is made of a low friction and low corrosion green resin. The reinforced design of the idler ensures smooth running and reduced noise levels.

Note: Not for use with Tab Chains

Idler Material: Self lubricating polyamide. Bushing is low friction resin
