Other

Subject to the terms of any other agreements signed by DOTMAR EPP for materials and services purchased through this Site, these terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DOTMAR EPP governing your use of the Site. Should any provision in these terms be found invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. You agree that any claim arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site must be filed within one year after it arose or be permanently barred.
