  • POLYSTONE 8000+ = Increased wear resistance
  • ERTALON LFX = Internally lubricated polyamide
  • ERTALON 6XAU = Heat stabilised polyamide

  • POLYSTONE HM 500 = Slow speed conveying

 

Recent developments in conveyor construction sees designers utilising Polyslide in more structural applications optimising the properties of the material to build user friendly maintenance free systems.

 

Compact Corners and Straights

Corner sections are available in 300, 450, 600, 900 and 1800 bends subject to radii. Straight sections in standard 2000mm long. Note: The coefficient of thermal expansion of Polystone should be considered and allowed for in design.

 

Manufacture of corner and straight track is only limited to your design requirements and availability of sheet material.
