We have expanded both availability and materials handling engineering support for some of the world’s leading modular conveyor belt systems.

The Flexon System Plast and Eurobelt systems - including types specifically developed for food contact - will be distributed and supported by Dotmar’s supply and technical support network throughout Australasia.

The expansion, following our acquisition of Malco Industrial Products, will substantially boost availability of belts, sprockets and attachments to conveyor manufacturers and to end users seeking replacements for worn belts. 

Supply of these innovative belts will benefit substantially from the fact that we hold good stock of components, so we can assemble belts at short notice. Except where particularly unusual belts are involved, we do not generally have to import. 

Flexon belts are constructed of acetal or NG (New Generation) material, which has improved wear, reduced friction properties and reduced operating noise compared to standard acetal. They are available in different pitches and thickness. These belts are made up of modules assembled by Dotmar.

The combination of Dotmar EPP and Malco expertise presents a formidable package of integrated skills, extending from the design, specification and fabrication of materials handling systems, through to the delivery of complete systems involved in containment, conveying and lifting and loading in internal transfer systems.
